Project Hours (All Times Pacific):
4am - 7pm (Monday - Sunday)
9am - 1pm PST REQUIRED
Commitment:
20 hours per week (weekend availability required)

Experience with high volume customer service
Experience and fluency in English writing
Advanced typing skills - minimum 40 wpm
Experience with web-based research
Experience working with company escalation policy
Workspace Requirements:
A dedicated laptop or desktop with Windows 11 or newer
Minimum of 8 GB RAM
Reliable internet connection
High-quality headset with noise-canceling microphone
Quiet, distraction-free workspace for taking calls
Willingness to install ModSquad security software and enable two-factor authentication on both your device and mobile phone
