PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
The purpose of the Joint Venture (JV) Customer Success Manager (CSM) is to maximize customer value by fostering strong relationships with Fresenius Kidney Care JV partners, collaborating cross-functionally with JV Finance and RCM operations, representing the revenue cycle operations team, and delivering timely and accurate data and analytics to JV partners. The JV CSM acts as a bridge between revenue cycle operations and FKC JVs, working proactively to prevent issues and promote continued success.
Physical Duties and Responsibilities

Directly communicates with JV Finance and JV partners, performing accounts receivable (A/R) analysis and updates on a regular frequency.

Monitors A/R performance; ensures JV A/R performance is meeting enterprise targets.

Partners cross-functionally with RCM teams, proactively identifies trouble points, ensures action plans are established to address them, and delivers appropriate messaging to JV Finance and JV partners.

Supports RCM strategies by developing and managing tactical execution of objectives, ensuring alignment with RCM operations.

Prepares and presents professional reporting for JV partners on a routine basis.

Establishes and maintains strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and JV partners.

Identifies issues and dissatisfiers among JV partners and provides upward communication to JV Finance and RCM leaders.

Supervision

May be responsible for direct supervision of various levels of billing, collections, reimbursement and/or revenue cycle staff.
Education

Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) or an equivalent combination of education and experience; Advanced Degree (desirable)
Experience and Required Skills
-
5-8 years related experience.

3-5 years client relationship experience.

Strong working knowledge of general accounting and revenue cycle.

Strong computer skills must be proficient in Microsoft Office products, e.g., Word, Excel, Power Point, Power BI, and Outlook.

Strong analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, effectively communicates with all levels of management.

Time management, prioritizing and effectively delegating tasks, and ensuring deliverables are prompt and timely.

Proactive and solutions-oriented management style, ensuring alignment between JV partners and revenue cycle operations.
