About the Role
We are looking for a high-performance bilingual sales professional to own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—with U.S. clients. This role is ideal for hunters who thrive in outbound sales, hit targets consistently, and close deals through consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → discovery → closing
- Execute daily outbound (cold calling, email, LinkedIn)
- Hit 60+ calls/day OR 2+ discovery calls/day
- Run consultative sales calls and present tailored solutions
- Manage pipeline, CRM, and forecasts with discipline
- Collaborate with Recruitment & HR to drive successful placements
Requirements
- Fluent English & Spanish (English C1-C2)
- 2–5 years B2B sales (remote/outbound preferred).
- Hunter mentality (loves cold outreach & pipeline building)
- Strong consultative selling skills
- Proven execution & quota attainment
- Highly coachable, accountable, and results-driven
- Experience in BPO, staffing, or virtual assistant industry (preferred)

What We Offer
- On-Target Earnings: ~$3,850 USD/month (Hourly Base + Commissions)
- Uncapped Commissions: You can exceed OTE by outperforming targets. Your earnings grow with your results
