- Advanced digital marketing support (social media postings, blogs, and newsletters)

- Inbox management
- Calendar management and meetings coordination
- Expense reports
- Travel management
- Minutes of meetings
- Ad hoc/ special projects
Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 6 months to 1 year experience in a role related to executive assistance and administration. Marketing background preferred.
- Can overlap work hours with California.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Clear copywriting and editing skills.
- Knowledge of online tools and software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Smartsheet, and HubSpot among others.
- Ability to learn new tools/ software quickly.
