The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven Assistant Manager to support departmental leadership and oversee daily operations. You will assist in supervising team members, ensuring performance goals are met, and supporting operational efficiency.
This position is fully remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Support department manager in overseeing daily operations
- Monitor team performance and productivity metrics
- Assist with training and onboarding new employees
- Address employee concerns and provide coaching
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Prepare operational and performance reports
- Support scheduling and resource planning
- Step in for manager when necessary
Skills and Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor degree preferred
- 3+ years supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage remote teams
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in reporting tools and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills
