Key Responsibilities

  • Represent your favorite brands on social media and other platforms
  • Respond timely and accurately to emails and social media messages
  • Provide a meaningful and engaging experience with every interaction
  • Resolve customer requests with care and professionalism

Basic Qualifications

  • No prior customer service experience required! (No, really, we mean it!)
  • Must have laptop/computer with internet access
  • High proficiency in English grammar and punctuation
  • Professional fluency in other languages is a PLUS!
