Daarnaast geef je trainingen, implementeer je procesverbeteringen en verzorg je administratieve verwerking van systeem gegevens. Je ondersteunt bij projecten en beheer van mobiele apps en klantportalen. Ook ben je betrokken bij het beheer van mailboxen en help je Otisline met REM/Remote systemen.
Wat ga je doen?
Na een grondig inwerktraject zijn dit jouw taken:
- Telefonische support, opstarten van REMS/ Otis ONE Benelux (primair NL).
- On Site Trouble Shooting (alleen NL).
- Elite en Remote werkzaamheden aan liften in de Benelux.
- Het geven van trainingen en helpen in de ontwikkeling van trainingsmateriaal.
- Procesverbeteringen doorvoeren REM/Remote.
- Administratieve verwerking REM/Remote gegevens in diverse systemen.
- Mailbox bijhouden REMSDesk en EliteDesk.
- Algemeen onderhoud en controles aan REM-portfolio en systemen.
- Onderhoud en beheer aan REM infrasystemen/ hardware in serverruimte.
- Algemeen beheer van de Otis ONE portalen en Otis ONE units.
- Ondersteuning bij Otisline voor de REM/Remote systemen.
- Projectmatige aanpak en betrokkenheid bij projectwerkzaamheden.
- Ondersteuning mobiele apps en Cloud- en (klanten)portalen REM/Otis ONE.

Wie ben jij?
- Opleidingsniveau/ ervaring MBO/ MTS gezocht.
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal is noodzakelijk.
- Je bent resultaatgericht, flexibel en denkt oplossingsgericht. Je bent ondernemend.
- Je bent (lift-)technisch, kunt met je handen werken maar ook met een laptop overweg en hebt interesse in of kennis van data/gsm verbindingen.
