Reliability Technician
Reports to: Cultivation Manager

Pay Range: $17.00
We’re looking for a Reliability Technician ready to roll up their sleeves (pun absolutely intended) and be the backbone of facility performance. From preventive maintenance and mechanical repairs to sanitation standards and compliance documentation, you ensure our cultivation and production environment remains safe, functional, and audit-ready. ResponsibilitiesSanitation & Compliance
- Clean and sanitize cultivation and production areas, including but not limited to floors, walls, workstations, and equipment
- Cleaning all common area's such as break roms, and restrooms.
- Follow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and sanitation SOPs to maintain product safety
- Safely mix, handle, and store cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Maintain cleaning logs, maintenance records, work orders, and compliance documentation
- Ensure proper waste disposal and organized, hazard-free workspaces
- Adhere to all company PPE, hygiene, and safety standards
Cultivation Exposure:
- Burp Flower when extra support is needed.
- Lay out coco blocks in veg when support is needed.
- Clean grow tables (after plant move, or bucking event)
- Clean/Sanitize black totes (Black totes for dry flower)
- Clean trailers after bucking (if plants were drying in trailer)
Supervisor Responsibilities

Operational Support
- Support production teams by maintaining safe, clean, and efficient work environments
- Maintain tools, equipment inventory, and accurate service documentation
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Close attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Ability to follow SOPs and safety procedures consistently
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work on feet for extended periods
- Comfortable working in cultivation and production areas with plant material and strong odors
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Facility Agent Card if required by your state.

Skills Required
- Previous experience in maintenance, facilities, sanitation, or manufacturing environments
- Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Ability to follow SOPs and safety procedures consistently
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work on feet for extended periods
- Comfort working in cultivation and production areas with plant material and strong odors
- Dependable, team-oriented, and self-motivated
- Majority of own tools and reliable transportation
- At least 21 years of age
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Facility Agent Card if required by the state
- Experience in GMP or regulated production environments
