Job Description

Your Role:
Work collaboratively with senior reliability engineers to perform reliability activities on products.
Work collaboratively with reliability technicians to execute reliability testing.
Write test protocols and reports using Good Documentation Practices.
Contribute to risk analyses (FMEAs, FTA, etc.).
Perform reliability activities, including life analysis, block diagrams, reliability demonstration testing, ALT / HALT / HASS, durability testing, etc.
Work cross-functionally with Design Quality, Systems Engineering, V&V, Hardware Design, and Software Design to perform necessary tasks.
Assist in problem identification, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and verification of the solution.
 

Minimum required Experience:

5+ years of experience as a systems engineer or reliability engineer with nonrepairable/ repairable systems business in customer oriented product development (preferably global) organizations

Knowledge and understanding of the relevant application and technology area, or capable to gain this quickly

In-depth knowledge and a proven track record in implementing and applying concepts in the fields of quality, reliability and problem solving in organizations

Experience and track record in tools, concepts or procedures (e.g. FMEA, Control Plan, APQP, GMP, Design Controls, quality standards)

You combine analytical and conceptual thinking, physical insight, flexibility and structured way of working to deliver sustainable project results

Communication, change management, consultancy skills through all stakeholders levels within the business, verbally and in writing

You are a motivated self-propelling person, with determination to succeed and the ability to manage change.
