Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an accurate spare parts inventory to minimize machine downtime.
- Reduce equipment maintenance expenses by implementing effective preventive maintenance strategies.
- Enhance failure code documentation to improve corrective maintenance tracking and root cause analysis.
- Conduct Pareto analysis on excessive corrective maintenance spending and develop actionable plans to address key issues.
- Establish methodologies to track MTBF and MTTR using Maximo CMMS data and Cognos dashboards.
- Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions.
- Lead problem-solving activities and Root Cause Analysis using FLIGHT DECK tools.
- Drive corrective actions to closure and ensure sustainable improvements.
- Improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for maintenance tasks.
- Actively participate in Kaizen events and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) implementation to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure that manufacturing premises are fully operational, maintained, and clean.
- Includes direct people management responsibility including staffing and performance development. Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking and technical experience to execute policy/strategy.
- Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
- Uses judgment and has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles. Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead large projects with high risks and resource requirements. Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field. Conveys performance expectations and will handle sensitive issues.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (Or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Facilities and Maintenance experience) PLUS a minimum of 3 years of experience in Facilities and Maintenance experience

The salary range for this position is 101,000.00 - 150,000.00 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive plan. This posting is expected to close on Jan 25, 2025.
