Reliability Engineering Intern - Summer 2025

The Role:
Our site in Billerica, MA is seeking a/an Reliability Engineering Intern to join our team for the Summer 2025 season. This assignment is intended to be 12-14 weeks in duration.
In this position, you will work closely with the Maintenance and Reliability team improve key metrics such as OEE, MTTR and MTBF.
What You’ll Do:
• Works with Engineering to ensure the reliability and maintainability of new and modified installations with the goal of minimizing life cycle costs.
• Participates in the development of design and installation specifications along with commissioning plans. Participates in the development of criteria for and evaluation of equipment and technical MRO suppliers and technical maintenance service providers.
• Applies value analysis to repair/replace, repair/redesign, and make/buy decisions.
• Provides support for the maintenance planning & scheduling function
• Provides support for the design, modification and use of the CMMS
• Provides support for the MRO inventory management function
