As part of our Global Operations Business Unit—ensuring excellence in execution from procurement to supply chain and reliability, delivering quality, safety, efficiency, and sustainability across the value chain—we are seeking a Reliability Engineer - Workstream Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team in Cedar Rapids, IA, on-site.

Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Maintenance and Reliability across multiple manufacturing sites.
- Lead implementation of key reliability workstreams, including Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) loss analysis, Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA+), Preventive Maintenance Optimization (PMO), Predictive Maintenance, and Work Management processes.
- Develop and train site-level SMEs in the use of reliability methodologies and tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Site Reliability Engineers, Maintenance Leaders, Data Analysts, and Manufacturing Technology Engineers.
- Drive a reliability-focused mindset and culture throughout the organization.
- Ensure alignment with project timelines and execution of diagnostics and reliability methodology.
- Support compliance with Recognized and Generally Accepted Good Engineering Practices (RAGAGEP) and internal standards.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical Engineering preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance, reliability, production processes, or manufacturing technology.
- Working knowledge of equipment failure modes and RAGAGEP standards.
- Familiarity with Systems Applications and Products (SAP) Plant Maintenance and Meridium software (preferred).
- Strong leadership and change management capabilities.
- Effective communication skills across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

- Certified Reliability Professional (CRP) from the Society of Maintenance & Reliability Professionals.
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
