As a Senior Reliability Engineer at Micron Technology Inc. you will be responsible for characterizing, analyzing, and qualifying semiconductor device and circuit-level reliability to enable the successful introduction and sustained manufacturing of advanced memory technologies.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Develop, plan and execute reliability test methodologies and analyze silicon data to assess reliability risks.
• Provide clear, data-driven recommendations that support technical decisions and long-term product robustness.
• Support the successful introduction of new technologies by enabling timely qualification and sustained manufacturing performance.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of reliability methodologies and best practices to ensure consistent and scalable reliability execution.
• Collaborate closely with design, process integration, product, and quality teams to identify, assess, and mitigate reliability concerns.

Preferred Qualification: Master or Ph.D. with atleast 2 years experience in relevant domain
Skills Required:

• Solid understanding of MOS device theory and fundamental semiconductor device physics.
• Working knowledge of device characterization methodologies and measurement tools used in semiconductor evaluation.
• Familiarity with common device reliability mechanisms, such as CHC, BTI, and TDDB, and their impact on long-term device behavior.
• Basic proficiency in design and EDA tools, with the ability to navigate schematics, layouts, and related design data for analysis and collaboration.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills to present technical findings to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and collaborative environment involving design, process, product, and quality teams.
