Job Description:

Role Summary
We are looking for a Reliability & FA Engineer to drive product reliability improvement through data-driven analysis,

reliability qualification, and cross-functional corrective actions.

Responsibilities
- Plan and execute reliability qualification (e.g., MSL, TC, BHAST, RFHTOL etc) and interpret results to identify risk.
- Perform failure analysis (FA) and root cause investigations; drive containment and corrective/preventive actions with cross-functional teams.
- Develop reliability models (e.g., field return analysis, reliability growth) and track improvement over time.
- Define reliability requirements, test plans, sampling, and acceptance criteria for new products and changes.
- Partner with manufacturing/suppliers to improve process capability and reduce reliability escapes.
- Document findings and communicate reliability status to stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
- Experience in reliability engineering, product qualification, or failure analysis.
- Hands-on understanding of reliability test methods, statistics, and structured problem solving.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with semiconductor(FEM), networking, or high-volume electronics products.
- Familiarity with various Rel test equipment and failure analysis tools.
- Experience working with external labs and supplier quality organizations.
