Main Focus
Drive operational excellence through reliability management of production assets while optimizing warehouse and inventory systems. Integrate SAP
and MRP processes to ensure optimal spare parts availability and maintenance planning.
Responsabilidades principales:
• Manage the Warehouse process at Covestro
• MRP controller and SAP Key User for Covestro SL
• Preparation of technical specifications and orders for required services
• Participate with central turnaround department plant Turnaround
• Develop and optimize MRP strategies for spare parts and maintenance materials
• Contractors Supervision Work in terms of quality and HSE
• Manage technical asset documentation and lifecycle tracking through SAP
• Purchase requests management, including completing the required technical information
• Inventory, incident managing and handling of claims
• Motor pool inventory control, coordinating repairs and deliveries
• Contractors Supervision Work in terms of quality and HSE
• Support Reliability framework, ensuring that the work is carried out following Covestro’s quality Standards and guaranteeing the safety and
health of personal involved
• Participate in quality, safety, health, and environmental rounds and audits
• Lead the review of criticality analysis for assigned equipment and prepare the most appropriate maintenance strategy
• Any other tasks requested by the manager according to Covestro needs.
Requisitos:
• Degree in Industrial/Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of proven work experience in Maintenance
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as contractor supervisor
• SAP Key User with proven expertise in SAP maintenance modules and MRP systems
• High knowledge of maintenance and engineering disciplines such as Corrective, Preventive and Predictive maintenance, including vibration
analysis
• Ability to analyze problems and to implement countermeasures, including cost-benefit analysis and prioritization.
• Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise.
• Ability to create accountability and to lead by example.
• Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills.
• High sense of responsibility and good development in work.
• Excellence oral and written communication in English.
