Ihre Aufgaben
- Verantwortung für Produktqualität: Sie definieren und verfolgen verbindliche CTQ-Metriken, um eine erfolgreiche Produkteinführung gemäß Garantie- und Produktlebensdauerspezifikationen sicherzustellen.
- Kundenfokus: Sie vertreten die Stimme des Kunden bei allen qualitätsrelevanten Produktentwicklungsaktivitäten – von der Reaktion auf Marktbeschwerden über die Marktbeobachtung bis hin zur Vermittlung von Anforderungen an die Entwicklungsteams und der Erstellung passender Prüfabläufe (mit wachsendem Fokus auf elektrische Systeme).
- Projektmanagement: Sie verwalten Projekt- und Meilensteindokumentationen wie Testpläne, Statusberichte, FRACAS und moderieren FMEAs.
- Innovative Testumgebungen: Sie unterstützen Test- und Projektteams beim Aufbau neuer Testumgebungen zur späteren Produktqualifikation.
- Datenanalyse & Optimierung: Sie werten Produkttests und Reparaturdaten aus, nutzen dabei statistische Methoden (Six Sigma, Weibull, DoE etc.) und identifizieren gezielt Optimierungspotenziale.
- Geräteanalysen & Fehlerbehebung: Sie planen und führen Geräteanalysen durch, unterstützen bei der Ursachenfindung und legen Korrekturmaßnahmen fest.
- Safety-Reviews: Sie leiten Safety-Reviews im Rahmen des Meilensteinprozesses.
- Qualitätssicherung in der Serienproduktion: Sie entwickeln Testpläne gemeinsam mit Resident- und Produktivitätsteams, um die Produktqualität in der Serienfertigung kontinuierlich zu sichern.
Das bringen Sie mit
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium, z. B. im Bereich Maschinenbau, Mechatronik oder vergleichbar
- Erfahrung in Qualitätssicherung, Qualitätsplanung, Qualitätsmanagement und/oder Six Sigma
- Grundlegende Kenntnisse in Statistik und Datenanalyse
- Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Datenbanksystemen (z. B. SQL)
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (technisches Englisch) in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
- Kreativität, Neugier und ein Gespür für clevere technische Lösungen
- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und hohe Flexibilität (z. B. User-Research, Unterstützung vor Ort in verschiedenen Entwicklungsphasen)
- Hohe Leistungsbereitschaft und Liebe zum Detail, auch bei der Verwaltung mehrerer Projekte
- Selbstständige, effektive Arbeitsweise und Fähigkeit, gute Beziehungen zu internen und externen Teams/Kunden weltweit zu pflegen
- Motivation, etablierte Prozesse effizienter zu gestalten und Offenheit für neue Ansätze
