- Manage and execute submissions (patches, content, store pages) on first-party platforms (Sony, Microsoft, Steam, Epic Games Store, Nintendo).
- Provide expert advice on first-party platform compliance, best practices, and new opportunities.
- Develop, track, and maintain release plans/schedules in collaboration with game team leads and product owners.
- Act as the primary liaison between development teams and first-party partners, driving releases forward.
- Coordinate with multiple internal teams (Localization, User Research, Marketing, Dev) to ensure timely and quality releases.
- Serve as the main technical contact for first-party partners.
- Facilitate and coordinate feature approvals with first-party platforms when necessary.
- Handle age rating certification and submissions to Global Age Rating Boards.
- Who you are:
- Background in Release Management

The Release Manager is a critical role that collaborates within the project and our Publishing department.
The position:
As an experienced Release Manager, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and ensuring a successful release process. You will work with Domain Experts and Product Owners to ensure smooth game releases, deliver continuous patch/content updates and assist in any promotional activities by having a proactive, collaborative and solution oriented approach.
