Job Purpose
As a Business/Release Analyst at Astound, you will be responsible for leading the requirements and solution design efforts across Salesforce implementation projects. You'll work closely with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and project managers to gather, document, and translate requirements into scalable Salesforce Lightning solutions. This role is crucial in ensuring alignment between client goals and platform capabilities, driving user adoption, and delivering high-impact business value.
In this role you will get to
- Lead discovery sessions and requirements discussions with business stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into well-documented functional and technical requirements.
- Guide stakeholders on Salesforce best practices and out-of-the-box capabilities, especially within Sales Cloud.
- Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation, including process flows and wireframes.
- Collaborate with Salesforce administrators and technical architects to design scalable solutions.
- Act as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring a shared understanding of project goals and solution design.
- Support developers and QA teams during the build and test phases by clarifying requirements and ensuring alignment.
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring all business scenarios are validated.
- Facilitate go-live planning and support, including training, adoption strategies, and issue resolution.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve and streamline business processes using Salesforce capabilities.
- Maintain open communication with internal and client teams regarding project progress, risks, and outcomes.
Your skills and qualifications
- 4+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst.
- Salesforce implementation project experience is required.
- Understanding of Sales Cloud features, opportunity management & Sales Processes.
- Familiarity with Salesforce out-of-the-box functionality, particularly Salesforce Lightning.
- Experience with Agile processes and principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work remotely and asynchronously with team members across different locations and time zones.
- Ability to manage complex communications while maintaining clarity.
- Proven ability to deliver on commitments.
