Join us as a Release Analyst and you'll be part of a dynamic team that makes sure our technology delivers the best experience for our customers.
What You'll Do:
- Work with Development, QA, Program and Change Management teams to plan the deployment of Global Streaming Platform apps;
- Work with Performance, Data Engineering, Incident Management and Reliability Engineering teams to identify problem areas and feed information back to the development teams for continuous service improvement;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and automation of the release management processes;
- Create and maintain release documentation, such as release plans, runbooks, and checklists;
- Communicate release plans and schedules to stakeholders, including developers, testers, operations and product teams and adapt plans according to scheduled change freezes;
- Generate reports on the release, including metrics on success, risk encountered, and lessons learned.
What You'll Bring:
- Good communication and people skills, in technical and non-technical contexts
- Knowledge of Change Management, Problem/Incident Management processes and tools
- Knowledge on CI tools and CD pipelines (Jenkins preferred)
- Good automation skills in any high-level programming language (Python preferred)
- Experience in managing deployments in app stores (e.g. Google Play Console, Apple App Store Connect, Amazon Appstore, etc.) (preferred)
- Highly motivated and willing to learn new technologies
- Fluent in English
