As a Release Analyst, you'll oversee technology deployments, manage documentation, and ensure continual improvements in the release management process. You'll work with various teams to improve application performance and communication across stakeholders.

What You'll Do:

  • Work with Development, QA, Program and Change Management teams to plan the deployment of Global Streaming Platform apps;
  • Work with Performance, Data Engineering, Incident Management and Reliability Engineering teams to identify problem areas and feed information back to the development teams for continuous service improvement;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and automation of the release management processes;
  • Create and maintain release documentation, such as release plans, runbooks, and checklists;
  • Communicate release plans and schedules to stakeholders, including developers, testers, operations and product teams and adapt plans according to scheduled change freezes;
  • Generate reports on the release, including metrics on success, risk encountered, and lessons learned.

What You'll Bring:

  • Good communication and people skills, in technical and non-technical contexts
  • Knowledge of Change Management, Problem/Incident Management processes and tools
  • Knowledge on CI tools and CD pipelines (Jenkins preferred)
  • Good automation skills in any high-level programming language (Python preferred)
  • Experience in managing deployments in app stores (e.g. Google Play Console, Apple App Store Connect, Amazon Appstore, etc.) (preferred)
  • Highly motivated and willing to learn new technologies
  • Fluent in English
