Requirements

Support Relationship Managers in managing existing client portfolios, attracting new clients, and preparing studies for non-borrowing accounts for classification purposes.

Maintain continuous communication with clients, in coordination with Relationship Managers, to understand client requirements and needs and to provide the best services and appropriate solutions.

Receive client requests and follow up on their completion with the relevant departments within the bank.

Prepare periodic reports for the department.

Execute daily banking operations for the department’s clients, including:

  • Following up on the execution of clients’ daily transactions such as remittances, transfers, account opening, and adding/canceling authorized signatories.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of transaction details and their proper execution on banking systems accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Reviewing and following up on checkbook requests for the department’s clients.
  • Coordinating with Relationship Managers to follow up on account openings and completing administrative approvals from the Head of the Department.
  • Following up on the cheque clearing / ECC system.
  • Monitoring alerts from the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) system.
  • Following up on client enrollment in corporate electronic banking services
