Relationship Manger, Private Wealth

Responsibilities

  • Achieve personal KPIs related to new high-net-worth client acquisition, AUM growth, and revenue targets.
  • Actively prospect and engage potential clients from own connections and resources, including high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product pitches tailored to client needs.
  • Promote brokerage products, equities, mutual funds, structured products, derivatives and private banking services.
  • Conduct market and client research to identify potential sales and growth opportunities.
  • Provide administrative support, including account openings, documentation, and compliance checks.
  • Participate in client meetings, events, and roadshows to generate leads and strengthen relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (risk, operations, finance, compliance) to ensure smooth client journey.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or related fields; certifications like CFA/FRM or CMFAS are a plus.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of working experience in business development functions facing HNWIs, private investment companies and family offices, focusing of trading/investment products, platforms or solutions. Proven track record of top sales performance in previous roles is a strong plus.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with financial products, including equities, futures/options and wealth management products, is a huge plus. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office is beneficial.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of KYC, AML, and compliance standards; regulatory certifications are a plus.
  • Attributes: Professional, client-focused, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in wealth management.
  • Mandarin preferred due to frequent interaction with Mandarin-speaking clients

Skills Required
