RemServ (brand within MMS) have been offered salary packaging and novated leasing services for more than twenty years.

A novated lease is a way you can finance a new or used car. You can make your repayments from your pre-tax salary with approval from your employer under a ‘salary sacrifice’ arrangement. This may effectively reduce your taxable income. It may also allow you to bundle your vehicle’s expenses into one simple payment. You don’t have to have any experience in novated leasing or salary packaging to apply for this role.

Here’s how you will make a difference in this role… 

In your Relationship Manager role you will protect and retain all clients in your portfolio, along with enabling growth by ensuring you are value-adding to client relationships.

The Relationship Manager is the primary point of contact between the key Client stakeholders and RemServ, and the aim is to be regarded as an industry expert & trusted business partner with the ultimate goal of achieving attitudinal loyalty.

It is the responsibility of this role to achieve client retention, solid program participation growth and develop relationships with your customers in your portfolio. You will also to provide employee education & awareness presentations on your customer’s sites.

At RemServ clear expectations help our people Be the Difference. Your key responsibilities in this role will include: 

  • Develop and execute account strategies, including stakeholder mapping, SWOT analysis, pricing, marketing, and education plans
  • Maintain and grow program participation rates in your portfolio - corporate, government, and not-for-profit clients
  • Build strong client relationships to maximise access and engagement
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Education, Marketing, and Sales) to deliver effective campaigns and initiatives
  • Manage contract renewals and negotiations
  • Represent client needs internally, providing feedback and insights
  • Deliver on-site employee education and awareness sessions
  • Maintain accurate reporting in internal systems (CRM)
  • Identify and drive continuous improvements to enhance customer outcomes

To be considered for this role you will have: 

  • Proven experience in relationship or account management within a service-based environment
  • Ability to travel approximately one week per quarter (around four weeks annually)
  • Demonstrated capability to develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive client retention and loyalty
  • Strong ability to manage customer escalations and coordinate timely resolution through the appropriate channels
  • Consistent track record of achieving targets and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Valid clean driver’s licence
  • Access to a reliable, roadworthy, and registered vehicle (car allowance provided)
