Job Purpose:
The primary role is to oversee all activities related to Civis Mundi benefits and deliver outstanding results. The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing all member communications, ensuring personalized support, seamless access to membership benefits, and strong engagement around the private membership network’s events. The role also involves facilitating strategic introductions and developing new partnerships to continuously expand the range of benefits available to members.
Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all member inquiries, ensuring prompt, tailored support.
- Prepare and oversee all outbound communications to members, including invitations and updates on the upcoming private gatherings.
- Manage the social media department, ensuring messaging aligns with Civis Mundi’s positioning.
- Facilitate strategic introductions between members and partners, fostering meaningful connections within the network.
- Identify, establish, and manage partnerships, continuously adding membership benefits through high-level collaborations.
- Support the creation of new agreements, working closely with the legal and other internal departments.
- Conduct introductory calls with prospects and webinars to onboard new members and keep client advisors informed on membership benefits and upcoming events.
- Assist in the planning and execution of private, invitation-only events in collaboration with leading luxury brands, cultural institutions, and strategic partners.
- Mentoring junior members of the team.
Requirements:
- Degree in business, communications, international relations, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 3+ years in relationship management or luxury client services, ideally within private membership networks, UHNW advisory, or high-level events.
- Proven expertise in relationship management, luxury client services, or private membership networks, with a track record of working with UHNWIs and high-profile stakeholders.
- Strong capabilities in partnership development and high-level networking, building long-term strategic collaborations.
- Excellent level of English - Professional Proficiency or Native/Bilingual required.
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM, digital communication tools.
- Expertise in communications, event messaging, and social media strategy.
- Strong partnership development and negotiation skills.
- Cultural fluency to engage UHNWIs, luxury brands, and international institutions.
