Saxo is looking for a driven and ambitious Associate Relationship Manager to join our growing Direct Business team in London. You’ll be part of a dynamic and passionate Sales Team that manages Saxo’s VIP clients, offering you a unique opportunity to gain deep exposure to the full value chain of financial markets across multiple asset classes. In this role, you’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders, helping to grow client relationships and promote Saxo’s global capabilities. Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, meeting KPIs related to AUM, revenue, and referrals
• Share market insights from our global strategy team and align them with clients’ strategies and Saxo’s offerings
• Proactively engage with clients to reduce attrition and drive retention, growth, upgrades, and reactivations
• Support clients in navigating Saxo’s platform and ensure high satisfaction and NPS scores
• Host meetings with potential high-value clients and collaborate with the sales team on VIP opportunities
• Respond to client inquiries regarding accounts, positions, and administrative matters

Holding a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, you bring 1–5 years of experience in client relationship management. A solid grasp of financial products—spanning FX, Options, CFDs, Futures, Stocks, and Bonds—enables you to engage effectively with clients. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data guide your decisions, while excellent interpersonal abilities help you build lasting relationships. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
