About your team
The Relationship Management team is responsible for delivering efficient and proactive service to all Defined Contribution clients in Hong Kong - MPF, ORSO and Intermediaries included. The team works closely with various stakeholders in managing the day-to-day business activities, client queries and ad-hoc projects.
About your role
As a core member of the Relationship Management team, the role will own client relationships, handle client enquiries and deliver best-in-class experience to our clients. The ideal candidate will act as the single contact point for our Defined Contribution clients - MPF, ORSO and Intermediaries included.
- Take a proactive lead in building relationship with clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns and providing solutions.
- Conduct client (Employer, Member and Trustee) meetings independently.
- Coordinate with internal and external (Trustee & Administrator, Consultants and Brokers etc.) parties to ensure we provide timely and accurate response to prospects and clients.
- Look for opportunities to streamline existing procedures/operation platform in client servicing and communication with other local and global teams/departments.
- Initiate, prepare and continuously review/maintain internal and external client related materials in a timely manner.
- Identify opportunities to broaden relationship with clients and assist Sales team in preparation of materials and meetings.
- Represent HKWI in internal initiatives and projects including marketing, CS & operations, legal & compliance, and product development & delivery etc. as and when needed.
About you
- University degree, preferably in a business-related subject. Experience in financial services industry, preferably in asset management sector.
- SFC Type 1, 4 and MPF intermediary license is a plus advantage.
- Strong presentation skills to host client and event presentations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in English and Cantonese. Mandarin speaking skill is desirable.
- Team player, who is self-motivated, disciplined and can multi-task.
