Team / Division Overview

The Strategic Relationship Group sits within our Client Coverage division and serves as the primary liaison between Deutsche Asset Management and our most important Financial Intermediary partners.  

Role Details  

As a Strategic Relationship Manager, you will (be):

  • Support Deutsche Asset Management’s Senior Relationship Managers (SRMs)

  • Represent Deutsche Asset Management and all of our services and capabilities to the home office personnel of our valued partner clients and prospects. 

  • Assist SRMs in the construction of strategic business plans with select firms to aid distribution efforts. 

  • Work closely with DWS Market Leaders, ETF and SMA Specialists, Divisional Directors, and  Internal Consultants and other stakeholders to drive market share and visibility.

  • Dynamic engagement with clients to inform DWS product, wrapper and overall platform development.

  • Service, maintain and grow existing assets and brand within partner  firms.

  • Secure, interpret and distribute advisor data to help inform areas of focus. 

We are looking for: 

  • Bachelors Degree Required. 

  • Series 7/63 licenses required

  • CRM Experience, preferable Salesforce.

  • Four years of Account Management/Distribution experience in United States preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

  • Enthusiastic partner and consummate team player.

  • Resourceful problem solver; tireless self-starter

  • Some travel required

The salary range for this position in New York is $125,000 . Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. This position is eligible for incentive compensation [in the form of commission payments]. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
