- Collaborate with other product lines and departments to drive portfolio growth, leverage cross-selling opportunities, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
- Conduct periodic portfolio health checks, including annual credit reviews, verification of legal and security documentation, insurance renewals, and accurate system updates post-disbursement or upon changes.
- Proactively monitor asset quality, identify early warning signals, and initiate appropriate actions such as restructuring, rescheduling, or legal recovery measures.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by Bank management from time to time.
- Ensure proper maintenance of credit files and uphold accountability for documentation integrity.
