Job Description
- Responsible for increasing the number of new loan customers
- Responsible for achievement of targets set by Management
- Implementing work plans and marketing strategies for loan products that are effective and in accordance with market segmentation (SME & Commercial)
- Prepare, process, and analyze loan application proposals
- Responsible to make Credit Proposal (New and Renew)
- Examine possible credit structure which it suits the best for the Customer and the Bank Determine creditworthiness
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor degree in any field
- Experience in SME & Commercial products for at least 3 years
- Having an SME & Commercial customer database
- Have high motivation and initiative
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in pressure and target
