- Provide governance and oversight support for clients’ UK DC pension arrangements, partnering with internal stakeholders and insurer administrators for contract-based schemes.
- Proactively drive client engagement, service delivery, and retention—anticipating needs, resolving issues, and ensuring a consistently strong client experience.
- Support growth activity, including participating in pitches/new business opportunities and traveling to meet clients across the UK as required.
- Collaborate within a high-performing Relationship Management team to share best practice and contribute to a growing function.
What you need to have:
- Experience in relationship management, account management, or pensions consulting (or closely related client-facing role).
- Considerable knowledge of UK Defined Contribution (DC) pensions and the workplace pensions landscape.
- Demonstrated experience managing client relationships end-to-end, including handling queries, escalations, and stakeholder management.
- Willingness and ability to travel to client sites across the UK.
What makes you stand out:
- Experience supporting governance/oversight activities for workplace pension schemes, including operating model and service review activity.
- Exposure to both contract-based DC arrangements (insurer-administered) and master trust environments (e.g., Mercer Master Trust) and the differing client needs across each.
- Comfortable contributing to client presentations/pitches and representing the business externally.
- Experience working in (or closely with) a growing team where continuous improvement, innovation, and development are key priorities.
Why join our team:
- We help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work and supportive leaders.
- We foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can work with talented colleagues to create new solutions and have impact for colleagues, clients and communities.
