About the role:

The Relationship Manager, CHOICE Arrangements is responsible for supporting the Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement formerly known as (ICHRA) business development efforts, focusing on distribution partnerships and driving Oscar adoption. This role requires building and maintaining deep relationships with CHOICE Arrangements administrators and other distribution partners. This individual will serve as the subject matter expert to drive channel education on CHOICE Arrangements and champion the Oscar CHOICE Arrangements value proposition, playing a critical role in driving market results and maximizing CHOICE Arrangements and Oscar adoption.

You will report into the Associate Director, CHOICE Arrangements Growth.

Work Location: This is a remote / work-from-home role. You must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, or Washington, D.C. Pay Transparency: The base pay for this role in the states of California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and Washington is:$75,348 - $98,894.25 per year. The base pay for this role in all other locations is: $67,813.20 - $89,004.83 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program and sales commissions.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive CHOICE Arrangements (formerly ICHRA) business development and execution strategies to achieve growth goals across national markets.
  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with CHOICE Arrangements administrators, brokers, and alternative distribution channels to maximize CHOICE Arrangements adoption and sales.
  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert, providing comprehensive education and training to the distribution channel on the CHOICE Arrangements product, regulations, and the compelling Oscar CHOICE Arrangements value story.
  • Build deep relationships within key organizations to establish Oscar as the preferred CHOICE Arrangements partner.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to refine tools, processes, and sales enablement materials necessary for brokers and partners to effectively understand and sell Oscar's CHOICE Arrangements products.
  • Act as the voice of key distribution partners, communicating frontline feedback and market dynamics related to CHOICE Arrangements to internal stakeholders to promote continuous improvement.
  • Represent Oscar and the CHOICE Arrangements product in the market at industry conferences, broker meetings, and community events.
  • Synthesize and report on CHOICE Arrangements market performance, growth trends, and distribution channel engagement to executive stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to CHOICE Arrangements sales and distribution.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience required in the healthcare industry in an outside sales role, with excellent salesperson-ship, presentation skills, communication, and a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Proficient in Salesforce
  • CHOICE experience highly favored

Pay Transparency:  Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience. Full-time employees are eligible for benefits including: medical, dental, and vision benefits, 11 paid holidays, paid sick time, paid parental leave, 401(k) plan participation, life and disability insurance, and paid wellness time and reimbursements.
