1、管理指定的企业客户，维护现有业务关系，并发掘新的业务机会
2、通过现有客户资源或其他营销方式开拓新客户
3、定期拜访客户，记录拜访报告，并持续进行业务机会的跟进
4、完成借款客户的信用审核报告，并依照银行信贷政策要求完成审批
5、完成尽职调查，并获得合规部门的相关审批
6、以业务要求为导向销售银行产品，提供优质客户服务，完成各项指标
7、在日常工作中，时时关注信贷风险，发现问题及时汇报并采取补救工作
8、上级主管及管理层安排的其他工作。
任职资格
1、本科及以上学历
2、良好的企业财务分析能力及风险控制能力
3、熟悉企业银行产品知识及业务要求
4、优秀的人际沟通能力，及团队合作精神
5、能够承受一定的工作压力
6、8年及以上企业银行客户经理相关经验
