We are looking for a Relationship Manager – West Region who can drive B2B sales, build strong client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth.

Job Responsibilities
Business Development
  • Identify and acquire new clients through outbound prospecting
  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and market research
  • Conduct client discovery meetings and presentations
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline
Client Relationship Management
  • Manage relationships with agencies, brands, and corporate clients
  • Understand client requirements and business objectives
  • Maintain regular follow-ups and engagement
  • Build long-term business relationships
Revenue Growth
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Reactivate dormant accounts
  • Grow business within existing clients
CRM & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot / Zoho / Salesforce)
  • Track leads, opportunities, and conversion stages
  • Submit weekly sales reports and updates
  • Maintain sales forecasting visibility
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 2–3.5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Relationship Management, Client Acquisition, or Inside Sales
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in lead generation and outbound sales
  • CRM knowledge (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
  • Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable working with revenue targets
