Responsible for thorough merchant discovery and needs analysis to determine the most appropriate solutions and/or features that best fit our client’s needs.

Responsibilities

  • Drives incremental revenue growth and merchant retention by selling solutions (company and 3rd party owned) to active clients, and increasing the value of each account

  • Provides oversight on active client inquiries, including verifying upsell needs, from internal referrals and various sources. May recommend additional products and refer clients to the appropriate sales channel

  • Facilitates all onboarding, underwriting and pricing enrollments required for activation

  • Stays current and develops necessary knowledge on all solutions available to active clients

  • Includes active participation in all required training and development.

  • Keeps leaders informed of all activity, including timely preparation and updates to all activity records and reports as requested

  • Adheres to all expected SLAs and line of business guidelines

  • Continue to provide duties related to the current ISV Role as requested

Other Responsibilities

  • Adherence to corporate sales policies.

  • Executes corporate training resources.

  • Attends trainings as needed

  • Other duties may apply

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years selling in and proven record of success working in complex, solutions-based sales
    environments, or equivalent experience within Global/Heartland or financial segments

  • Broad and deep expertise and/or unique knowledge of company's products and features,
    including 3rd party integrations and solutions

  • Excellent knowledge on how to navigate internal sales, underwriting, pricing and service
    policies and issue resolution

  • Exhibits high level of discernment and decision making skills

  • High level of attention to detail and above average listening skills

  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in managing and supporting referrals from 3rd party gateways and other external referral partners
