Role Summary

The Relationship Management Support Administrator performs a full range of administrative and executive support duties.
 

Core Duties/Responsibilities

  • Reviews, proofreads, and edits documents prepared for the executive's signature.
  • Coordinates and facilitates appointments, meetings, and conferences.
  • Attend meetings to record minutes.
  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including emails.
  • Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems, and performing essential bookkeeping work.
  • Prepare reports, memos, letters, contracts, agendas, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
  • Setup and coordinate all aspects of the virtual shareholder meeting.
  • Will facilitate food coordination for any onsite meetings.
  • Additional skills and tasks may be needed depending on the specific needs of the role/company.

Requirements

  • High school diploma and 3 - 5 years executive administrative experience.
  • Must have excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Expert level proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Expert level proficiency of Nitro Pro.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Excellent reporting skills.

Preferred

  • Accessibility: Investigate in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of web applications such as Salesforce, Survey Monkey, and Unity is a plus.

Compensation: $29.00 - $31.00 hourly
