How you’ll make an impact
As a Relationship Management Associate, you’ll support the lending process by building strong customer relationships and delivering fast, accurate administrative expertise that strengthens decisions and elevates the customer experience.

What you’ll do
- Proactively build and maintain relationships with customers, helping identify needs and opportunities
- Work closely with Relationship Managers to identify customer needs and proactively reach out to customers and prospects
- Answer customer inquiries thoroughly and professionally, creating value and sales opportunities
- Keep the office running seamlessly by delivering professional front desk support
- Perform administrative tasks with speed and accuracy
- Proactively coordinate office needs to resolve issues before they impact operations
What you’ll bring to the team
Required qualifications:
- A diploma in business
- A minimum of two years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships, including engaging with customers, centres of influence or community partners
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Passion for agriculture, with knowledge of farming operations or agribusiness environments
Preferred qualifications:
- Customer service experience, ideally in a financial, law, agricultural or advisory setting
- Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
