The Role
Subscription payments are hard, we make it easy.
Based in Malaysia, you will be a valued member of a global Relationship Management Team. Your role will be critical to ensuring Ezypay maintains and grows its relationships with key customers.
You will interact with various customers, across industries in Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
Here’s what you will do
- Welcoming – calling customers to welcome them to Ezypay, and overview key information
- Training – training customers on how to use some of our important tools
- Reporting – customer and team reporting, including preparing PowerPoint packs
- Customers – proactively engaging with customers as required
- Retention – commercially minded, value led and valuable conversations with customers who were thinking of moving.
- Delivering outcomes – owning some important projects, as required
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience in customer relationship engagement – inbound or outbound
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal key stakeholders
- An understanding of payments is highly preferred, subscription billing a plus.
- The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams, globally.
- Commercial and pricing modelling experience
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer centric role (customer service, relationship or account management).
- A great communicator and fluent in English.
- A good listener.
- Positive and enthusiastic.
- Able to multi-task and prioritise.
- Comfortable using computer (including Microsoft tools especially Excel, PowerPoint).
