The purpose of this relationship-based role is to understand customer needs, assist in executing digital strategies and improve brand engagement. You will be primarily responsible for lead and database generation, salary packaging participation growth, and brand advocacy.
You will establish strong relationships within your portfolio to form long-term strategic alliances while providing exceptional service, facilitating client and customer education presentations and identifying future opportunities to increase lead generation. In addition, achieving maximum access for employee education & awareness activity.

- Work with our Relationship Managers to develop and maintain the strategy for each customer site in your portfolio
- Establish and build a strong distribution network to enable the distribution of digital and physical collateral onsite
- Obtain access and schedule Novated Lease and Salary Packaging team meeting education presentations in line with strategy and facilitate SP education presentations
- Proactivity distribute marketing collateral and look for new marketing opportunities within the sites which will include regular drop ins, newsletters and other digital channels
- Pro-actively engage with client and client affiliates such as Unions and other affiliates to identify new opportunities to partner with schools and sponsor employee events
- Increase program participation rates toward benchmark levels for each school within the portfolio
- Pro-actively engage with Education Co-ordinators, Marketing Co-ordinators and other internal stakeholders to facilitate the successful execution of onsite activity and marketing plans via multiple channels
- Act as an advocate on customer’s behalf by communicating employer feedback and information to ensure optimal level of service is provided
To be considered for this role you will possess the following:
- Previous experience in a customer service focused position
- Keen problem solver who thinks outside the box and has the ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
- Proven experience in consulting with others to achieve shared daily targets and meet tight deadlines
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Someone who can master complex products and systems effortlessly
