Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to the Controller and Chief Financial Officer
- Oversee the following areas with assistance from your team:
- Related Companies Payroll and HR duties
- Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Tax filings
- Monthly and Quarterly Account Reconciliations
- Cash Reconciliations
- Daily Cash Management
- Month end closing of financials
- Process and pay vendor payments
- Employee expense book management
- Bank compliance reporting
- Review and approve vendor payments
- Facilitate and review journal entries that are made
- Create and develop necessary controls that protect the company’s assets.
- Lead and facilitate the completion of the company’s year end financial audit. Coordinate with others within the department as needed.
- Develop and implement process improvements
- Hire, train, and supervise team members to be high-performing employees for the company.
- Manage daily workflow of the department as well as identify training opportunities as needed
- Facilitates the completion of short and long term projects from start to finish
- Communicates effectively outside the department on projects and process changes
- Communicates ideas and concerns to management after conducting research and analysis
- Works in a cooperative manner with coworkers
- Comfortable keeping Confidential Information
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field, Finance/Accounting required
- 5 years related experience preferred
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, knowledge of Quickbooks and/or Hubspot a plus
- Strong analytical/critical thinking skills
- Self-starter with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills
- Personal Attributes: Attention to Detail, Planning and Organization, Analytical, Commitment / Dependability, Problem Solving
Travel
- Less than 10%

The pay range for this position is
$95,100.00 to $118,800.00Starting wage is dependent on skills, experience, education and location. Pay range may vary by 10% depending upon the applicant’s location. Along with competitive pay, full time positions are benefits eligible which includes:
