Als offizieller Partner des deutschen Rekordmeisters übernimmt FC Bayern Tours die Planung, Organisation und Abwicklung des Reiseaufkommens des FC Bayern München sowie für dessen Gäste, Sponsoren, Presse- vertreter und Fans. Ergänzt wird das Angebot durch die Abwicklung von Geschäftsreiseaufkommen als Full-Service-Reiseagentur sowie die kreative Konzipierung von Veranstaltungen und Events.
DEINE AUFGABEN
▪ Selbständige, bedarfs- und qualitätsgerechte Beratung, Bearbeitung und Abwicklung der Kundenanfragen, Reisebuchungen und Erstattungen im Rahmen der Anforderungen
▪ Informieren der Kunden über Einreise- und Buchungsbedingungen (ggf. Visabesorgung)
▪ Gewährleistung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit
▪ Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen unter Berücksichtigung der Qualitätsstandards
▪ Aktive Abwicklung von Zusatzverkäufen (Versicherungen, Mietwagen, Hotel)
▪ Bearbeitung aller im Geschäftsreiseservice anfallenden Nebentätigkeiten
▪ Unterstützung im Bereich touristischer Buchungen
▪ Erfolgsorientiertes Arbeiten im Sinne der Provisionsoptimierung und Kostenminimierung
DAS ZEICHNET DICH AUS
▪ Ausbildung als Tourismuskaufmann (m/w/d) oder als Reiseverkehrskaufmann (m/w/d)
▪ Berufserfahrung im Bereich Geschäftsreisen & Touristik - 2 Jahre
▪ Sehr gute Kenntnisse in START, Amadeus, IATA/DB, Midoco, Bistro
▪ Gute Kenntnisse der MS Office-Programme
▪ Selbständiges Arbeiten und Teamfähigkeit
▪ Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und betriebswirtschaftliches Denken
