This is a full-time hybrid role for Reinsurance Accounting and Claims Senior Analyst based in Mexico City, Mexico. The role involves managing financial statements, working in accounting, premium and claim processing and collections, applying finance and analytical skills. The successful candidate will ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial and claims-related processes. While the role is primarily office-based, some work-from-home days are flexible.
We will count on you to:
- Know and comply with US market regulations in reinsurance.
- Have knowledge of proportional and non-proportional reinsurance
- Proficiency in managing financial statements and performing
- Premium and Claims Processing
- Familiarity with contract law and regulatory controls
- Have knowledge of slips (claims from various reinsurers).
- Build and maintain relationships with Brokers, Clients, and Markets
- Follow up on activities that are in progress.
- Experience with accounting and finance-related activities
- Experience 2 – 3 years in Treaty Reinsurance

What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3 to 5 years of Experience in the reinsurance industry
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced database management (experience with Power BI desirable)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with strong attention to detail in task completion.
