We are a well-funded, early-stage startup hiring a driven and personable Sales Development Representative to help fuel Reindeer’s growth in the US market. This role is perfect for someone who loves starting conversations, building relationships, and creating pipelines from the ground up in a fast-moving AI environment. You will own the top of our sales funnel, working both inbound leads and proactive outbound outreach across Mid Market and Enterprise accounts, while collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and build repeatable processes. As an early member of our go-to-market team, you’ll have a real impact on revenue, direct exposure to senior leadership, and the opportunity to help shape our sales culture.
Key Responsibilities
Account Research & Targeting
- Research Mid Market and Enterprise accounts and key decision-makers to uncover needs and pain points.
Outbound Opportunity Generation
- Create a qualified pipeline through cold calling, personalized emails, LinkedIn outreach, and social selling.
Lead Qualification & Discovery
- Run discovery calls to assess fit, intent, and readiness to buy.
Meeting Booking & Handoff
- Book qualified meetings for AEs with strong context and smooth handoffs.
KPI & Pipeline Ownership
- Meet or exceed activity goals, KPIs, and pipeline targets consistently.
Sales & Marketing Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing to improve messaging and outreach strategy.
Industry & Product Knowledge
- Stay up to date on customer trends, pain points, and Reindeer AI’s product.
- 2+ year of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience a must
- Comfortable speaking with new people and confident initiating conversations
- Curious, coachable, and eager to learn in a fast-moving startup environment
- Proactive and resilient. You don’t wait to be told what to do
- Growth-minded with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Able to work effectively in a remote environment with strong self-management skills
Nice to Have
- Internships, part-time roles, or non-traditional paths encouraged
- Familiarity with CRM, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Sequences tools etc.
Compensation
The expected base salary for this role is $90,000 to $120,000 OTE. This is a good-faith estimate but does not include equity or other forms of compensation. Pay will be based on experience level, but those outside the salary band are welcome to apply.
