The Reimbursement Supervisor is responsible for providing oversight to a team of reimbursement resources. The scope of this job includes organizing team tasks and schedules, as well as timely completion of the month-end process for assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Support clients to meet end-of-month closing deadlines, ensure all reports and reconciliations are complete, and verify all outstanding visits have been locked.

Oversee all job-related training for local and offshore resources and ensure practices are compliant with payer requirements and regulatory guidelines by staying informed about industry changes.

Manage a large team of reimbursement resources with highly complex payer by providing guidance, support, and performance feedback, as well as approving or denying time-off requests based on business coverage needs.

Analyze reports such as denial and transaction reports and prepare and complete month-end process on or before assigned deadlines.

Act as an escalation point for complex reimbursement issues and facilitate resolution with clients, payers, and internal teams.

Perform other job duties as assigned.
Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience

At least 0-1 years of relevant management work experience
