Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Support Regulatory Affairs activities for Food Biosciences ingredients (including enzymes, cultures, and related products) across Latin America
- Partner with R&D, Applications, Quality, and Business teams to prepare and support regulatory submissions and notifications in the region
- Provide accurate and timely regulatory guidance to internal stakeholders and customers related to existing products and new product launches
- Manage product registration and maintenance activities, including preparation, submission, and follow‑up of regulatory dossiers with local authorities
- Ensure ongoing regulatory compliance of Food Biosciences products throughout their lifecycle in the region
- Monitor, interpret, and communicate regulatory developments and assess their potential business impact
- Mentor and support other regional team members, sharing regulatory knowledge and best practices
- Participate in trade associations, working groups, and regulatory initiatives as required
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Toxicology, or a related scientific field with 5 years of experience; or Master’s Degree with 3 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs within food, food enzymes, cultures, biotechnology, dairy, or another regulated industry
- Strong knowledge of Latin American regulatory frameworks, product registration processes, and compliance management
- Hands‑on experience with registrations of food enzymes and cultures in countries such as Brazil, Argentina, or similar markets
- Experience analyzing regulatory changes and providing practical, risk‑based regulatory guidance to business stakeholders
- Demonstrated attention to detail with strong documentation and data management discipline
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Fluency in Portuguese and advanced English proficiency required; Spanish is a plus.
