As a Regulatory Project Manager within Regulatory Reporting Operations, you'll play a pivotal role in leading strategic change and delivering complex regulatory projects. Your expertise in project execution and stakeholder management will help shape the future of our regulatory reporting operations, giving you the opportunity to influence how we deliver results and set new standards for excellence.
Job responsibilities
- Set and communicate a clear vision for regulatory reporting project delivery, building and managing roadmaps to achieve key milestones on time.
- Lead the delivery of major regulatory projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and collaborating with internal and external partners to implement regulatory changes.
- Oversee project governance, resource allocation, and dependency management, ensuring high standards in development, testing, and delivery.
- Track key performance indicators, report on project progress, and ensure quality and operational goals are met.
- Serve as a key contact for teams and stakeholders, building strong relationships and balancing diverse needs.
- Drive sprint planning, manage and prioritize project backlogs, and keep projects on track using Agile methodologies.
- Encourage new ideas and enhancements within the team and participate in change management initiatives.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Proven experience in project management and execution, ideally within regulatory reporting or financial services.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Confident presenter and collaborator, able to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a dynamic environment.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Familiarity with SEPA, Wires, Direct Debits, FX, clearings, ISO standards, or SWIFT.
- Experience in Payments Regulatory Operations or Regulatory Reporting.
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
