We are seeking a Regulatory Compliance Specialist who will support international product registrations by preparing, coordinating, and maintaining regulatory documentation required for market entry, renewals, and ongoing compliance. This role executes defined regulatory strategies, facilitates documentation exchange with manufacturing sites and franchise partners, and ensures submissions are complete, accurate, and aligned with regulatory requirements under the guidance of the Manager, International Regulatory & Compliance.
What You’ll Do:
This is a Full-Time Salary Position
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support global product registrations, renewals, and amendments by preparing and compiling regulatory documentation in accordance with country‑specific requirements.
- Track and document the status of international registrations and re‑registrations to ensure alignment with timelines and business priorities.
- Collect, maintain, and organize regulatory records required to support product registration, importation, and compliance activities.
- Maintain electronic document management systems to ensure accuracy, version control, and audit readiness.
- Coordinate with manufacturing facilities, internal teams, and franchise partners to facilitate exchange of documentation and technical information.
- Support preparation and submission of regulatory certificates, export documentation, and legalization materials as required.
- Identify documentation gaps or inconsistencies and escalate issues to the Manager, International Regulatory & Compliance.
- Assist with SOP implementation and continuous improvement of regulatory documentation processes.
- Additional duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- No direct supervisory responsibilities.
PHYSICAL ASPECTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Required to come into the office at least 2 days per week
- Regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands or fingers to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
- The noise level in the work environment is usually low/moderate

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in a science‑related field or Regulatory Affairs, or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs or regulatory compliance; international experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and document accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic document management systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
