Who you’ll be working with:
If you have a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering, and are analytical, technologically savvy, solutions and process-focused, then the Technology & Operations team may be for you!
You’ll be responsible for the following:
1. Risk Assessment:
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential IT risks.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of existing risk mitigation measures.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks.
2. Compliance Management:
- Stay up-to-date on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of regulatory requirements.
- Assess the organization's compliance status, identifying gaps and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, operations, and risk management teams.
- Interpret regulatory requirements and provide guidance on compliance-related matters.
4. Regulatory Monitoring:
- Monitor changes in regulatory environments.
- Update internal policies and procedures accordingly to ensure timely and effective compliance.
