Job Description

• Oversee and manage the daily administrative and test operations of the laboratory

• Generate and review test plans to confirm compliance with specific testing requirements and regulatory standards.

• Examine and validate test data, ensuring accurate reporting and documentation in line with laboratory and regulatory expectations.

• Provide administrative supervision of day-to-day operations carried out by test technicians, including the execution of tests, validation of data, generation of test reports, and other related tasks

• Ensure all laboratory activities comply with Motorola's policies, laboratory standards, and regulatory certification requirements, including adherence to the Quality Manual and related laboratory procedures.

• Act as the point of contact for customers, clarifying any uncertainties regarding test request requirements, handling non-conforming test items, and providing advice or guidance as needed.

• Maintain quality assurance protocols, and conduct regular reviews to identify areas for improvement in laboratory operations and compliance procedures.


Basic Requirements

• Bachelor of Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent.

• Strong knowledge in basic electronics, Microsoft Excel macro, test equipment and test system setup.

• Knowledge of cell level performance evaluations and safety characterizations is a plus.

• Experience in product safety and energy safety (IEC62368\62133\EN50564) is desirable

• Strong interpersonal skills with good stakeholder management

• Assertive and able to work with cross functional teams
