We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Regulatory Compliance Engineer to support regulatory compliance activities across engineering and business operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring products, processes, and documentation comply with applicable regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify compliance risks, support audits, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining the highest standards of quality and regulatory excellence.
What You Will Do:Continuously review and assess engineering procedures to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Evaluate technical data and systems to identify compliance issues and develop effective solutions.
Assist in preparing for and conducting internal and external compliance audits, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to protocols.
Offer informal guidance and support to team members on compliance-related technical issues, enhancing team performance.
Build and maintain productive relationships with internal teams and external partners to facilitate compliance initiatives.
Proficient advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with compliance engineering technologies.
Ability to address and resolve moderately complex compliance issues using technical analysis.
