Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Mainly support IFF TASTE business with focus in Great China.
- Provide regional input to global regulatory affairs strategies and execute regional strategies.
- Interaction with regional business teams to identify needs and prioritize the efforts
- Develop and maintain relationships with relevant regional competent authorities.
- Lead local interactions on regulatory projects with Competent Authorities/Key Opinion Leaders/Industry Associations/Customers
- Maintain expert knowledge on local regulatory requirements to ensure regional compliance and regulatory requirements and timelines are met
- Regulatory dossier preparation, filing & monitoring/follow up process
- Work with other function teams to secure regulatory compliance for sustainable business and add values.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Flavor , Food Science , Chemical, Medicine, Biochemistry, Nutrition, Public Health or other relevant majors with MS or higher degree.
- Solid experience in flavor industry, food regulatory compliance, approval, advocacy, R&D etc. related to food, flavor companies or organizations with minimum 5 years.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with team spirit and strong ownership.
- Fluent English and Chinese both in oral and writing.

Skills Required
- MS or higher degree in Flavor, Food Science, Chemical, Medicine, Biochemistry, Nutrition, Public Health or other relevant majors
- Minimum 5 years of experience in flavor industry, food regulatory compliance, approval, advocacy, and R&D
- Fluent in English and Chinese both in oral and writing
