In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the regulatory compliance, timely lifecycle management, and smooth market availability of our medicinal products. You will work at the intersection of Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Supply, Medical, and Commercial functions, supporting both routine regulatory activities and broader cross‑functional initiatives. Your contribution will help maintain high standards throughout the product lifecycle and support patient access to high-quality, trusted medicines.
Role responsibilities
Coordinate, prepare and submit regulatory applications, variations and renewals in collaboration with cross‑functional regulatory teams. Ensure timely submission of safety updates and support processes across all portfolios.
Prepare and maintain product information, approve artwork, and manage co‑pack coordination and implementation activities
Execute assigned regulatory projects and implement regulatory strategies in accordance with company procedures, SOPs and guidelines
Maintain regulatory databases and systems to ensure accurate, up‑to‑date product information in line with current SOPs
Collaborate closely with colleagues in Regulatory Science, Medical, Pharmacovigilance, Product Launch, Artwork, Supply Chain and Quality, and engage actively with local Marketing, Commercial, Supply, Pharmacovigilance and Quality teams
Support projects such as manufacturing transfers, MA‑holder transfers, and changes to Vnr or GTIN.
Other responsibilities as required by the role.
About Your Skills & Experience
For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills, and experiences:
1-2 years of previous Regulatory Affairs experience
Bachelor’s degree (required) / Master’s degree (preferred) in Pharmaceutical or Natural Sciences
Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and cross functionally
Excellent communication skills
Work proficiency in Finnish and English, ability to read and review Swedish text
